Energy, awareness and vibration are the keystones of this program and are woven throughout this learning experience right from the first moment you step in.  Once you gain awareness, learn to use energy responsibly and raise your vibration, your body and mind have the space to become conscious energy beings, where wonderful things can unfold. 

Three pillars

These pillars are the foundation of the program lessons and have been developed to help participants understand the different ways energy can be harnessed, held and practised for a living a vibrant life.

 In this 10-week program, first you get conscious about your energy.

Then you’ll find out how to hold your energy space by learning and practising energy healing techniques.

These will set you up for your day-to-day life… it's your personal energy 'toolkit'. 

We’ll establish new habits and conscious practices that’ll allow you to expand into your true potential,

building on self awareness and raising our vibration.

By the end of the program you’ll be ready to take your first courageous steps

into living in alignment with your true nature!

During these 10 weeks, we’ll meet for 8 Group Calls, with a break in weeks 4 and 7,

for rest and the opportunity to integrate learning.
